The hotel was in a prime seafront location with convenient access to Brighton via regular buses. The rooms were very clean, recently refurbished, and offered a great view. The customer service was excellent with attentive room service, housekeeping, and a welcoming drink upon arrival. However, the dining experience was noted for raw fish, impacting the overall satisfaction. Despite some aspects needing refurbishment, the direct proximity to the beach added value to the stay.
